PP (polypropylene)

PP (polypropylene) this material is one of the most popular of plastics and is used for extensively for various applications including, food containers, garden furniture, plant pots. It is also widely used for engineering products, especially in the automotive sector for car trims and components.

PP is commonly found in the following forms;

- PPC = Polypropylene Copolymer
- PPH = Polypropylene Homopolymer
- PPTF = Polypropylene Talc filled (percentage of talc can vary; percentage is indicated on moulding e.g. PPTF 20 means 20% talc filled.)
- PPGF = Polypropylene Glass filled (percentages of glass can vary can vary)
