Granulation – We can granulate almost any thermoplastic to a range of sizes. With a variety of granulators at our disposal to suit different needs and one of the largest modern granulators in the UK, we can granulate large and small forms of scrap from complete moulded products to purge and head waste without any initial size reduction this reduces lead times and costs. This means your production scrap can easily, quickly and cost effectively be turned into a high quality raw material for re-use.

Compounding - After granulation if a cleaner, more uniform pellet or colour matching is required we can compound the granulated plastic. This involves extruding the regrind at pressure and high temperatures removing impurities and pelletizing. This is all carried out to the highest standards, with samples from every bag being tested to ensure the end product meets the needs and expectations of the customer.

A service tailored to your needs:

Blending – We can blend your plastics with either prime virgin polymer or our own high quality recycled feedstock to improve the quality, versatility and usability of the end pellet. We can also enhance the material with various additives. All this will be done as per your requirements and specifications. With our technical team ready to advise and support ensuring the end pellet is exactly as you want it.

Colour Matching – Whilst compounding we can colour the material to your specification this gives the material more versatility.
Transport – With our own fleet of transport and a waste carriers license we can collect material to be processed as and when required.
Storage and Call off return - With large warehousing located at our licensed site we can store material ready to be recycled and we can store recycled material, optimizing your warehousing and giving you the flexibility to call off material as and when you need it.
